The Essential Message Licensing and Certification Membership Program helps you add an entirely different dimension to your consulting, copywriting, coaching or marketing practice; you are able to help your clients dig deep and define their true competitive advantage in a way your competitors can’t, and (this is huge), you are able to provide a service that helps define your own authentic advantage. In the Corporate world, being a Licensed or Certified Essential Message Facilitator enables you to truly differentiate your company in even the most competitive marketplaces.

In addition to your training with Michel, as an EM Facilitator you can use the highly effective EM materials with all your clients (either in your own one-on-one coaching sessions or Essential Message individual programs, corporate sessions, or by leading group Essential Message workshops). We also promote you as someone we trust to successfully work the program with potential clients. You are listed as an EM Facilitator on a page in the Essential Message family of websites with the ability to link to your own website. Finally, you have ongoing support to help you with your clients.

The Essential Message Licensing and Certification Membership Program is a comprehensive offering that includes:

• Licensing & Certification Training
• Rights to use Essential Message materials with your clients
• Full membership in the Essential Message
• Additional access to EM Facilitator/Certification content and resources

The training program consists of 4 levels, each with a different area of focus and a different set of Essential Message tools. After you complete each level, you earn the designation of Licensed Facilitator for that level, and you have the rights to use the related Essential Message tools with with your clients.

When you complete all 4 levels, you earn the Certified Facilitator designation.

You do not have to commit to completing all four levels. You can choose how far you want to go in the program and be licensed for the tools for the training you complete. For example, you can complete Level 1, and then pick additional training for Level 2 the next time we run a session. We run at least 2 complete training programs per year, so you have a lot of flexibility.

Training for each Level is delivered in two 2-hour sessions via teleconference…so all you need is a telephone, or Skype. Sessions take place every other week, which gives you plenty of time to work through the homework! One level takes about one month to complete… so if you do all four levels, it will take you about four months.

Each level also includes an hour-long Mastermind call (in addition to the monthly Facilitator Master Class, and the general Mastermind call for all Essential Message members).

In each Level, you will be taught to use specific, proprietary Essential Message workbooks, workshops, tools and other intellectual property with your clients – the same tools we use with our corporate clients — such as the 3-panel EM Card, Dr. Credibility, or Sales Telepathy. When you complete a Level, you are then licensed to use the tools that you learned in that level with your own clients.

Your licensing fee is included in your monthly membership fee, and is valid for a 12 month term. As you progress through the Levels, you learn and gain access to more tools… and your membership & licensing fee increases slightly to reflect this. If you remain at one Level, rather than progressing upwards, your monthly fee stays at the rate for that Level until you upgrade to the next Level.

As a Licensed or Certified Facilitator, you get instant access to our Basic Membership Program… but with some very important extras!

Just like all members, you have unlimited access to our monthly teleclasses (free for members only), audio library packed with teleclass recordings going back 5+ years, online worksheets, a monthly goal keeper, discussion forum, and monthly Mastermind calls.

As a Licensed/Certified Facilitator, you get the additional benefit of a monthly Facilitator Master Class and a private Faciitators Only group on the discussion forum. You also get access to our entire library of workbooks and resources, available to download whenever you need them for your own use, or for your work with clients.

Your monthly membership fee includes your monthly licensing fee, and is valid for a 12 month term. As you progress through the Levels and gain access to more tools, your monthly fee will increase slightly to reflect this. If you remain at one Level rather than progressing upwards, your monthly fee stays at the rate for that Level until you upgrade to the next Level.

In order to offer you the most flexibility, and to make things easier, each Level of the program is priced separately. Rather than forcing you to take an entire program all at once, this allows you to easily choose which Level you want to participate in, and when. Of course, you can take the entire program all at once too!

Here’s how it breaks down:

Level 1:

• One-time payment of $300 USD, payable prior to the start of your Level 1 training session
• $47/month USD monthly membership & licensing fee, charged automatically for a 12 month term (term starts on the first day of your Level 1 training program, and ends 12 months after that)
• You may choose to continue on to Level 2 training and licensing/membership after your Level 1 training is complete, or stay on as an EM Level 1 Licensed Facilitator until the next round of Level 2 training (or indefinitely, if you prefer…it’s up to you!)

Level 2:

• One-time payment of $300 USD, payable prior to the start of your Level 2 training session
• $67/month USD monthly membership & licensing fee, charged automatically for a 12 month term (term starts on the first day of your Level 2 training program, and ends 12 months after that)
• You may choose to continue on to Level 3 training and licensing/membership after your Level 2 training is complete, or stay on as an EM Level 2 Licensed Facilitator until the next round of Level 3 training (or indefinitely, if you prefer…it’s up to you!)

Level 3:

• One-time payment of $300 USD, payable prior to the start of your Level 3 training sessions
• $87/month USD monthly membership & licensing fee, charged automatically for a 12 month term (term starts on the first day of your Level 3 training program, and ends 12 months after that)
• You may choose to continue on to Level 4 training and licensing/membership after your Level 3 training is complete, or stay on as an EM Level 3 Licensed Facilitator until the next round of Certification Level training (or indefinitely, if you prefer…it’s up to you!)

Certification Level:

• One-time payment of $100 USD, payable prior to the start of your Certification Level training session
• $97/month USD monthly membership & licensing fee, charged automatically for a 12 month term (term starts on the first day of your Certification Level training program, and ends 12 months after that)
• After your 12 month term is up, you may renew your licensing and membership for another 12 month term.

When your 12 months are up, you can choose to either a) not be a member, which means you lose access to all private member materials, training, Master Classes etc, as well as the right to Essential Message content and intellectual property; or b) continue on as a Licensed or Certified Essential Message Facilitator. At that time, you can choose to continue at your current rate for another 12 month term, or upgrade to the next level (applicable once training begins for that level).

Our refund policy for each of our products and services is simple and designed to give you complete confidence and assurance.

If you cancel before your first monthly payment, your credit card will be charged for one month. If you cancel after your first monthly payment, and before your 12 months are up, your credit card will be charged a lump sum equal to 75% of the remaining months.

Just as in engine performance, your mileage may vary. This is not a get rich quick program nor do we claim that you can make money while you sleep. This program is an honest program for honest people who love helping others and understand that they will get out of it what they put in.
